How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and every round you’ve recorded. It cannot be undone.
My round didn’t sync — where did my scores go?
Rounds are saved locally as you play, so your scores are safe on your device even without signal. When you’re back online, the app will sync automatically. If a round still isn’t showing after reconnecting, email us with your account email and the date you played.
I can’t find my course on the map.
Pinly uses OpenStreetMap data, so coverage is excellent but not exhaustive. If a course is missing, you can add it for free at openstreetmap.org, or email us and we’ll look into it.
How do I share my scorecard?
After completing a round, tap Share on the round recap screen. This saves a scorecard image to your photo library, which you can share anywhere.
I’m having trouble signing in.
Pinly uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google — there’s no separate Pinly password to manage. Make sure you’re using the same provider (Apple or Google) you used when you first signed up. If you’re still stuck, email us.
